Sourcing Of Raw Material:
	Raw material is sourced only through approved mills e.g. Punjab Concast, Mukund, Bhushan Steel etc. Every care is taken to protect the raw material against corrosion, degrading and other harmful processes.

Testing:

As per the quality norms, raw material is fully tested for surface and internal cracks at the company in house metallurgical and chemical laboratory which includes BHN Hardness Testers, Tensile Testing Carbon Sulphur Apparatus, Jomiy Test Apparatus, Micro Structure, Magnaflux crack detector etc. After the laboratory gives O.K. status colour coding is done on each and every bar as per established colour codes and material is passed to the cutting department. Cutting of the material is done through Heavy Presses, Hacksaws and Billet Shearing machine (5'') capacity.

Die Development:
	Extreme attention is given to the die designing and necessary softwares are used in the CAD system to arrive at the best conclusion. For proper dimensions each time and for timely deliveries electronic discharge machine (Electronica FM-15) has been installed in the tool room along with the Planner, Radial Drill, Shapers, Milling etc.

Forging Shop:
	The company has facilities to forge on presses, hammers (1 Ton), hammer (2 Ton).

Heat Treatment Normalizing Annealing:
	As the company is a supplier of forgings to O.E.M. companies in different parts of world, arrangements have been made for Normalizing, Annealing and ISO thermal annealing using state of the art equipments.
